You call the number, a person picks up, and we ask what the door is doing - won't open, won't close, makes a bang when it moves, opener runs but the door doesn't budge. That tells us whether it's a spring, a cable, a sensor, or an opener board, and roughly what we need to bring on the truck. We give you a window for the same day or the next, depending on what's already on the schedule.
If the part isn't something we carry - a less common opener board or a discontinued panel - we'll say so up front rather than have you wait around for a truck that shows up short. What We Actually Do
We work on garage doors and the openers attached to them: broken torsion and extension springs, snapped cables, bent tracks, off-track doors, worn rollers, opener motors that run but don't lift, and panel damage from a car backing into the door. We also do straight replacements when a door's beyond fixing - sometimes that's the honest answer instead of another repair, especially on doors from the 1960s and 70s that are common through here and short on replacement parts.
What we don't do is gate systems, commercial rolling doors, or fencing - if that's what you need, we'll tell you that on the phone instead of sending a truck out for nothing.
